Return Policy

All sales from Enchanted Memories are final. If you cancel your order you are responsible for any and all costs incurred up to the time of your cancellation, including but not restricted to artwork, setup charges, proofs, engraving, and finished product.

Since our product is a custom product and not usable to anyone but the customer who placed the order, all accounts must be pre-paid unless other arrangements are agreed upon. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express Paypal and money orders.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Customer agrees to all prices, fees and terms as presented on the website.
